Superb film, directed by Clint-Eastwood, and produced by Steve Spielberg. You have to see this film to explore the harshness of wars upon the soldiers, their feelings and sentiments.
Both fine cinematography and art-direction with quality sound-mixing, add exceptional touch, make it worth watching. We see humor in the opening and we have painful moments at the near end.
