Review of Letters from Iwo Jima (2006) by Kris L — 30 Aug 2009
This movie is significant in a way American people saw the war from the Japanese perspective. There were many boys who had to fight and die for the country against their wills, and they weren't all crazy like they were portrayed in most of the American movies.
Also, I am glad Clint Eastwood did not use any Chinese or Japanese American actors who don't speak the language properly.
