Brilliantly directed by Clint Eastwood, "Letters from Iwo Jima" is the director's third best film after "Unforgiven" and "Mystic River" and one of the best films of 2006.
It tells the story of the battle of Iwo Jima from the perspective of the Japaneses soldiers without any bias, which could be hard to do.
