I was expecting a low brow parody of prison movies, similar to what the pathetic "Scary Movie" franchise had done with the horror genre, but was very pleasantly surprised.

"Letâ??s Go to Prison" doesnâ??t rely solely on pop culture references to be funny. It is a great movie in its own right. The acting is top notch. Will Arnett delivers an outstanding performance (when doesnâ??t he?) and the laughs keep coming.

Weâ??ve had a lot of high quality comedies in recent years such as "Wedding Crashers" and "Superbad" and that might explain why â??Letâ??s Go to Prisonâ?? has remained relatively unnoticed but it is nonetheless a very funny movie well worth your time.
