It's not terrible.
It's your basic run-of-the-mill silly buddy movie in the vein of "The Change-Up" and "Role Models.".
Instead of "oh no these guys switched bodies" or "oh no these guys have to deal with kids" you get "oh no these guysIt's not terrible.

Instead of "oh no these guys switched bodies" or "oh no these guys have to deal with kids" you get "oh no these guys are pretending to be cops.".
I get the feeling that the actors and director didn't think the script was "funny enough" so they kept throwing in business in an attempt to extract a laugh. Comedy should flow within the plot. Here, the movie stops - they say "let's do something stupid" - they do something stupid - the movie starts up again.
