You could argue that the action is better here than in the first and 3rd films, and this has possibly the best villains in the series. But I think the series has become a bit stale overall and the cast has become too bloated and it takes away from what made the first two so special.

So it's a mixed bag for me. The biggest thing is that 3 was enough for me, and I think this one is good enough to give a passing rating, but I tend to only watch the first three.
