First of All: I really love the hole Lethal Weapon Series and Lethal Weapon 4 is as good as the other ones if not better in some places. The Story this Time evolves around a group of Chinese Mafia Guys who wants to illegal Immigrate Chinese Guys into America to get cheap Workers.
The Story isn't that original but she gives a good setting for a Action Filled Movie with Mel Gibson, Danny Glover, Chris Rock and Jet Li. This 4 are the Main Characters (for me) and the best Characters in the movie.
All in all the characters are all really good and the Actors are fitting their role. The Action is really cool and mostly the Hand to Hand Fights are good to look at. Best Fight were the Endfight between Jet Li and Mel Gibson and Danny Glover and the Fight in the House of Roger.
The Effects are good but the Explosions are a bit too much. I really love the Score of the hole Series it's really calm and good to listen. The Gags are really good this Time. I love it when they do their Running Gags like the Count to 3 rule or something like that.
But with Chris Rock they have a real Comedy Expert on hand and he does some good Jokes. All in all I must say that Lethal Weapon 4 is the best of the Franchise. If it's the easy to understand but well told story or the really good fitting Characters or the cool action and the good Gags.
Everything fits and thats awesome. For Fans of the Series or Action Movies or mainly Movies it's a must see.
