Better than the fairly crappy 3rd the action is good and Jet Li is awesome. There are some really annoying moments like when Chris Rock and Joe Pesci riff on cellphones for no reason. Even though Riggs and Murtough chant "We aren't too old for this shit" I have to say yes you are no more sequels please! And Mel Gibson is batshit crazy now anyways.
