Review of Lethal Weapon 3 (1992) by Terry W — 16 Aug 2008
No matter what anyone claims, the Lethal Weapon film series never verges off of brilliance. In this installment you get the same old faces doing the same old stuff, but it still retains it's freshness and energy, as if they are having as much fun making it as we are watching it.
..which is a hell of a lot of fun. Rene Russo's introduction is a perfect addition to keep the story moving forward, and the bad guys this time around are more realistic than before, and pretty damn badass.
The comedy is excellent, the action terrific and the Gibson and Glover still deliver exactly what you want from them. This film is like catching up with old friends, simply wonderful!
