Not nearly as good as the 1st two. Glover, Gibson, and Russo carry this one above an average buddycop film. Pesci doesn't have anything interesting to do and the villians are boring and uninteresting.
Starts slow and starts to pick up but doesnt really go anywhere. Not bad, but not much better than your average action flick.
