Review of Lethal Weapon 3 (1992) by Gavin S — 08 Sep 2010
A step down from the second movie. The series seems to have become less dramatic and more comedic with each movie. This movie I thought that they tried too hard with the comedy, and the jokes weren't pulled off as well as the hilarious one liners in the second movie, the dog scene, for example just left me scratching my head.
The characters seem much more stereotyped in this movie, with Riggs becoming more insane, now beyond real levels. I don't know why they brought back Leo Getz, he was the weakest character in the second movie, and added little to the third.
Glover did well, however.
