A down and out cab driver tries his luck at a hot tip at the local race horses, from there a string of luck follows along with some negative trips which only add to his 24 hour period of luck granted by a divine force.
The soundtrack to the entire movie is Fugue for Tinhorns and adds to the comic appeal of the movie.
