I admit. I went to see this movie when I was 10 years old because the Bangles had a song in it. That's not to say it didn't speak to me (read: scar me). Moral learned: Crack is whack. PS - the soundtrack (Joan Jett, Slayer, Glen Danzig + the Power & Fury Orchestra, LL Cool J, Public Enemy, Aerosmith) seriously.
..SERIOUSLY changed this 10 year old boy's life...forever!!! In retrospect, 21 years later...this flick pretty much has young L.A. nailed down to a T. Rich, priveleged and accountable for NOTHING..
.not even themselves.
