Review of Lesbian Vampire Killers (2009) by Scott T — 05 Jun 2010

I didn't expect much from this movie at all but it was much worse than I expected. Its god awful. I don't mind Corden at all but his constant whining and teenage boy humour throughout the movie irritated the hell out of me, despite the odd amusing comment.

Horne is a horrible actor, the piss-taking of the genre is not even clever and is horribly cack handed, the gore is silly and if it wasn't for the eye candy plus the deliberately OTT performance of McGann as the cursing vicar this movie wouldn't even get a one star reveiw from me.

It's like the worst carry on movie ever made but without the double entendres. I remember reading other reviews when the movie came out that said the title of the movie says it all, well they were nearly right they just missed off 'is shit' at the end.

Mind you I don't think that would have got past the censors...
