Review of Lesbian Avengers Eat Fire Too (1993) by Matt S — 03 Oct 2015

It was good, but not as good as the first Avengers movie.

The problem now, is that there are so many characters and plot threads that I feel I have to have a masters in Marvel's MCU to keep up.

I liked some nods to the comics, missed more I'm sure, and had no idea who some people were or what their function was. The problem was that there was so much crammed in setting up phase 3, that the story lost its way a bit in the middle, I didn't need to see them get all TNMT at Hawkeyes house, it felt that they had added this scene in just to give him something to do in this film. I am looking forward to the next Installment, but I hope it's a bit more plot driven. I like explosions. but I just don't have the attention span for battle sequences longer than 10 minutes.
