Review of Les Misérables (2012) by Lauren B — 26 May 2014
Super good movie! I thought overall it was cast fairly well, other than Russell Crowe, who has gotten to where he can generally only play one type of roll and is far from a talented vocalist. Anne Hathaway is amazing in this movie and Hugh Jackman of course, always gives wonderful performances as an actor.
The music is beautiful, and the story-line is very similar to the original, I loved it for the most part.
