Review of Leprechaun: Origins (2014) by Wes S — 16 Mar 2015
As a movie about a killer leprechaun-creature, it's neither spectacular or terrible. As a relative of the Warwick Davis Leprechaun franchise, it completely misses the mark. Hornswoggle part in this movie is more of a stunt role then a memorable killer, and while the more serious tone of the film may be more appreciated, the comedy of the original franchise is part of the reason why there's such a large fanbase behind them.
Origins (to what, I don't know) is disappointing in every way you look at it.
