A wannabe rap star rips off a magic flute from a gang boss (Ice T) and tries to use it to kick start his rap career and bring peace and hope to the hood. As usual, the evil leprechaun wants his things back and comedy carnage ensures.
Not exactly Shakespeare but what should be terrible is made a lot better by a cast who invest themselves in the material. It gets a whole extra point for a completely insane plan involving dresses and a magic joint that goes badly wrong and 'the lep' rapping his way awesomely through the credits.
