Review of Leprechaun 4: In Space (1997) by John B — 28 Mar 2016

Supreme cheesiness. Complete with one liners, dumb kills, bad acting, and it's in f***ing space! What more could a b horror lover want? Anyways the film opens with the Leprechaun trying to kidnap an alien princess so he can marry her to rule her planet as King.

The space Marines then arrive and engage with him. After he kills on of them hes blown into gold dust! A marine then pissed on the ashes for good measure! Presumably dead, the Marines take the unconscientious princess onto thier space station, where we are introduced to Dr.

Mittenhand. A cyborg with a gateway computer for a body and a human head. Hes really stupid looking. Anyways tge cree throws a party on board and gets drunk. One walks off to pee. The same one that peed on the ashes of the Leprechaun earlier.

The Leprechaun then appears by magically rebirthing himself by crawling out if the man's dick hole! Ouch! The crew then chases after him. He demands the princess. Although they offered her back to him, he still kills them.

Turns out the Dr is harnessing her blood to give himself a new body. The Leprechaun finally meets Dr Mittenhand and shoves a tarantula and scorpions into the Drs body making lotion thus turning the Doc into a freaky mutated spider/scorpion nightmare fuel man.

The crew gets attacked by the Mittenspider and manage to kill it. They use the shrink ray to shrink the leprechauns gold. The Leprechaun uses it to make himself 50 ft tall and attempts to crush the surviving crew to death.

They manage to open the space crafts airlock and launch him into the depths of outer space, presumably killing him, but we all know he's gonna come back! Over all. It's pretty much what you'd expect.

A poorly acted, poorly written, stupid horror film that's so bad it's good. It's dumb, it's nonsensical, it's good awful, and it's a b horror classic! One of the better cheesy "in space" films in the vein of(Jason X, Killer Klowns from Outer Space, Dracula 3000).

Probably has more originality than most of those films too(Except Killed Klowns, nothing is more creative than cotton candy cocoons, popcorn guns, and circus tent UFOs)! 6/10.
