Review of Leprechaun 2 (1994) by Cody C — 04 Oct 2014
The Leprechaun does Los Angeles! ... And it's not too brilliant an affair, rarely even playing to the fact he's in Hollywood. The film is darker in tone than the first, except where it's a bizarre fairy tale about a Leprechaun trying to make a slave's descendant his wife.
The two leads are pretty good. The boy has to carry the majority of the film and manages to. Shevonne Durkin has a husky voice, but actually looks like a teenager... She also does a lot of acting with her eyes.
This has always been Leprechaun 2 to me, so instant good review.
