Review of Leprechaun (1993) by Drew H — 22 Jun 2010
Tries to make you laugh, ends up doing so for all the wrong reasons. Davis is clearly having too much fun and this is where I'm sure a lot of love for the films comes in. Aniston and her old nose provide an excellently bizarre curiosity.
Not since Katherine Heigl is that Bug film have I seen an actress with such little promise turn into a respectable star. The isolated setting is a huge mistake as it doesn't make the most of outrageous situations.
Hopefully the next 5 will be better at being worse.
