It's not exactly terrible but I wouldn't exactly say legion was good either. With a coulple of bad performances and a messy plot the movie fails. The action sequences are somewhat thrilling but nothing we have not seen before.
The story just didn't develope as it should have. The audience is kept in the dark for almost half the film and that was a big mistake. If your going to make an apacolypse movie then why not add a sense that the world could ultimately end.
As a result I just didn't care either way.
