Ironically this film's weakest point isn't that it is as dumb as a deep-fried hockey-puck, but that it has pacing issues. In fact, it is the stupid, face-palm inducing fight scenes that serve as the high point of the film.
At points, it is so funny that it is almost impossible to believe that it wasn't meant to be a comedy. If it wasn't for its drawn-out scenes of bland dialogue, I would actually be able to recommend this as "so bad it's good.
