My wife insisted that the movie is one of her favorites, so I gave it a shot. It seems that Pitt can have a pretty high effect on female audience, because I found the film good but not exceptional. There is too much drama in my opinion.
I just couldn't believe all this misfortune gathered around one signle family. On the other hand, beautiful sceneries thrive in this film.
