Review of Legends of the Fall (1994) by Cramer N — 20 Nov 2013
This is a great modern american western, and a heartbreaking love story. The center of attention here is Pitt but the films real impact is in the great performances by the supporting cast, and the absolutely beautiful locations.
Julia Ormand and Aiden Quinn both give Oscar-worthy efforts, and Anthony Hopkins is amazing as usual. This is one of my top twenty under-appreciated films of all time. More to come.
