This movie definitely does not have a development to match what "The Wizard of Oz" stands for pop culture. Where to start? Well ... Unimpressive songs, relevant characters from the original work being poorly exploited, new characters that do not attract attention, poorly developed script, great cast being wasted, bad direction .
.. "Dorothy's Return" maybe even catch the attention of little children, but hardly an older person will have patience for this film.
