Review of Legendary (2010) by Cody S — 13 Nov 2010
Predictable, yet satisfying. I wasn't expecting much from WWE wrestler John Cena, but I was more than a litle impressed. Sure, he has the charisma to carry an action movie where things are blowing up every five minutes, but I wasn't expecting much out of him in this. Granted, he was doing more REacting than acting (Joey Tribiani, eat your heart out), but he shows some promise.
Will a big studio have the faith in his acting talent to give him another dramatic role? Probably not. Will he continue down the path that Dwayne Johnson forged? Absolutely.
