Review of Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole (2010) by Ducknation — 24 May 2014

Zack Snyder making a movie about owls wasn't so sure about it. I liked his other films but was surprised about how much I enjoyed it. The animation was amazing even in 2013 it could still stand up to movies like brave and wreck-it ralph. The story was nothing really great though I felt like it being only 1 hour 30 minutes really made it seem like the film could have gone at least another 30 minutes but I understand why they shortened it. The action was cool seeing the birds fight but with Snyder's style behind it the story was a bit more darker then what I thought it was going to be and I really liked that.

Overall I give it a 7.
