This is a period piece about a World War veteran Chen Zhen coming back to Shanghai and fighting the Japs under a disguise of Kato (Bruce Lee in Green Hornet). Grandiose sets and make-up fail to impress.
Except for the opening survival action sequence with the Germans, all else sucks.
