Review of Legend (2015) by Junior B — 11 Sep 2015

I went into this film certain I would like it and I was wrong, it was actually better than I thought it would be. Absolute best film of the year so far. Tom Hardy is incredible as Ronnie and Reggie Kray, I would go as far to say this is his best performance.

Emily Browning is just as good as Reggie's long suffering wife Frances, both Hardy and Browning's performances are Oscar worthy in my opinion. The production design is amazing, really giving a great sense of the swinging sixties as is the soundtrack, I can't remember not enjoying one of the songs.

An all round great film which truly and honestly portrays the Kray's life and the impact they had on London, and it's history.
