Incredible work from a superbly talented man. The two central beings make the film entirely; the overlong runtime and somewhat sloppy handling of plot and structure mainly fall by the wayside as Hardy just mesmerizes you with the depth, insanity, wit, and legitimacy he is able to draw out of not just one but two characters in one film.
