This whole film feels embarassingly dated. It's shot in that 90's era Guy Ritchie gangster style, it has Hollywood's typical Austin Powers-esque depiction of the 60's and has music by Duffy.
..Duffy, seriously? Hardy's much praised performance I just found cartoonish, especially as Ronnie. This has all been done better and more interestingly in Medak's 'The Krays' over 20 years ago anyway.
