Tom Hardy truly is amazing in his dual role as the Kray Twins here in 'Legend', and excells in playing two different characters... but the film never really goes anywhere and it doesn't lead up to anything climatic.
With that in mind, 'Legend' is a great actor peice for Tom Hardy, but nothing much of a thrilling Gangster film with a strong emotional pay-off.
