Lacks the creativity and pace of Time Bandits, Terry Gilliam's foray into incessant mis en scene. Fun at points, and Tim Curry deserves all the praise he gets for his performance as the devil, but this starts the post-Blade Runner "rest of Ridley Scott's career," which isn't all that great.
