Review of Legend (1985) by Chris D — 18 Mar 2014
Ridley Scott pays a dark homage to the classic fairy tales and the overall result is that Legend is a visually and exhilaratingly pure fantasy flick serving as one of the few films this so-so director has done right.
Original Cut- Fast paced and brisk with an highly creative score from Tangerine Dream.
Director's Cut- More story and more imaginative depth with a top-notch score by Jerry Goldsmith.
