Review of Left Behind (2014) by Jessica L — 08 Oct 2014

I've read the books and was so anxious to see this movie. I took my husband and 11 year old son with me and all of us really enjoyed it. Nicholas Cage was great, as usual, and so were the other main actors.

I will admit that some of the extra characters on the plane were a little cheesy but it added a little comedy to the movie. As far as the message of the movie, it hit the nail on the head. Seven years of tribulation are coming and it's going to be a very dark time.

Left Behind gives you a realistic picture of what things will be like. The moment that the Rapture happened in the movie was amazing! Even though I knew it was coming, it still made my heart jump, both from shock and overwhelming joy.

This movie is a must see, regardless of what critics say! I really am hoping for sequels!
