Review of Left Behind (2014) by Patrick V — 19 Jan 2015

I was hoping for something hilariously bad, but to it's credit, I guess, Left Behind is merely dull. The acting's bad, but no where near the level of bizarre camp needed to make the movie entertaining (disappointing considering it's a Nicholas Cage movie); there's no pacing, no sense of tension, and wholly unbelievable situations (even if you do accept the possibility of the Rapture), so it's impossible to stay invested in anything that happens.

I could go on, but any valid criticisms would be reaching for low-hanging fruit, and I think I could safely stick with "it's boring.".
