I only saw scenes on youtube, but this looks awful. Throughout each scene there is a heartbeat in the background and bad music. The leeches look like they are sneaking up on a person alone or as a pair, and as soon as they attack, boom, there's a gang of them.
The acting is nonexistent, and everyone moves in slow motion, because basically, this is a gay porno with the actual sex replaced with gore.
