Edward Norton should, at the very least, be nominated for this dual role. He plays siamese twins, both incredibly brilliant. One fled the backwoods for Harvard, as a Professor, the other stayed home and built the most incredible grow house ever.
There's too much to say here. You have to watch this film. You will hear about this later, so you might as well catch it now.
