Leave No Trace brought tears to my eyes. The acting was amazing from the father and daughter. Thomasin Harcourt McKenzie gave a wonderful performance. It is unfortunate that this movie came out weeks after Hereditary.
An endearing clicking noise in this movie is actually horrifying for its resemblance to the horror based clicking noises in Hereditary. I do believe this movie would have benefited from more action, and there were possibilities to include action from a war backstory to the dangers of the woods.
