Review of Leave Her to Heaven (1945) by Stian R — 10 Oct 2007

Of course the movie is far over the top, but that was also the reason I watched it. Its good to be a classic hollywood story, and start up as a traditional love story (where the girl maybee is a bit to eager). Then the whole plot sudently changes when the watcher understands that she is a selvfish woman suck the love out of everybody around here.

The court scene in the end, is when the movie goes to far over the top. Its very unrealistic to extreme, and how can a man be the presecutor in his own ex fiancee case? But everything considered it´s at least untraditional, to be 1945 movie, it is good that the director tries even if it goes over the top.
