According to a famous film guide, pt 3 is a better sequel than pt 2. This might well be the case but the censors cut soo much out that it made little sense and the poor director wanted his name taken off the credits.

Now the uncut version has been released you not only see all the deleted gore but the director's intended and perfectly fine vision.
