Review of Least Among Saints (2012) by Todd W — 29 Oct 2012
What a wonderfully made and moving film. Papazian knows right where the bull's eye is on the important issue of returning vets. With scenes that are surprising in their intimacy and refreshingly knowledgeable of the subject matter, he takes us into the broken life of a returning vet, who's about to abandon all hope.
Papazian is a triple threat here in the form of writer, director and most potentially disastrous in this situation, star. But with great confidence and a huge dose of talent he pulls off this hat-trick with great success.
I was wrapped up in this movie from beginning to end and recommend it highly.
