Review of Leap (2017) by Carol D — 26 Aug 2017
We just got back from this movie and it was PHENOMENAL!! The different storylines that can have a number of different people relate to this (orphan finally finding a "mother figure", underprivileged girl realizing her dreams, underdog triumphing over the star & even the bond between real friends/true love).
...we laughed cried & awed several times throughout! My kids are 7 1/2, 6 & 4 (2 girls & a boy respectively). The boy made it to the last half hour until he started asking to go home (not enough "clubby" music or explosions to hold him till the end).
My girls thought it was excellent (especially since my 6 yr old is in to dance). My 63 yr old mom agreed that it was a beautiful film! Excellent job, beautiful scenery & music! Well done! Take the Leap.
...you won't regret it!
