Review of Lean On Me (1989) by Oz T — 10 Feb 2008
A movie depicting a man who cares too much about the school he works for, who instigates a revolt of teachers and social worker-types (who pretend to care about kids but really only care about their jobs), and ultimately gets incarcerated for protecting his students the way he knows how.
I wish there were more principals like him, and less assholes in the school system that flush good men like him out of the system in order to retain their own position.
