Review of Lean On Me (1989) by Row B — 08 May 2008
Ok can somebody say, "You smoke crack don't you" and "They use to call me crazy Joe but now they can call me Batman." Morgan Freeman is beyond phenomenal. Heâ??s ability to infiltrate the uniqueness and sometimes commonness of characters is remarkable.
His portrayal of Joe Clark embodied a ubiquitous sense of veracity required of one placed in such a position. While there were aspects of Joe Clark that werenâ??t laudable and needed fine tuning, the enormity of what needed to accomplish almost reconciled his shortcomings.
