There is an another film called Stand and Deliver that is also set in school, but that didn't worked on me. Lean on Me, worked on me in many ways. Freeman's Joe Clark is a mean, brutal, and also a big-hearted person.
It truly inspired me a lot, and yes made me cry too. There is never a movie that me so emotional like this!
