Review of Le Samouraï (1967) by Chris S — 04 Jun 2008
A person living with no morals and following no laws, especially an assassin who seems to follow the way of the samurai, is definitely going to live a lonely and cold life. I never liked the film's genre but this film is so cool-looking and stylish, and the ending is very well-done.
The chasing scene by the end is slow yet intense and realistic. I just criticize the film's terribly slow pace.
