Review of Le Divorce (2003) by Dave C — 03 Jul 2007
I may be the only person I know who would bother to watch a film like this. Lot's of people with seemingly endless supllies of disposable income need Matthew Modine as an unconvincing nut to add real grit to the story.
Supposed differences between the Americans and French seem far too generalised and a shift in tone towards the end doesn't feel right.
Makes you wonder who manages to succesfully pitch a film like this film like this, and who actually pays to go see it?
