Review of Lay the Favorite (2012) by Paul D — 23 Feb 2015
I'm sure given a second go they could make this much better than it is, as it's a fairly fresh take on a gambling movie. However the acting is not top notch, the comedy is too light to be comedy, and the betting side of things are hard to fathom if you don't already understand what's going on with that side of the plot.
